Butterhead Salad Company closing New Paltz location

Butterhead Salad Company has announced the closure of its New Paltz location in the Main Street Plaza after nearly two years of operation.

The company stated on social media that the decision was made to consolidate operations and focus resources on ensuring high-quality experiences across the brand. Despite the closure in Ulster County, the company will continue to operate its original storefront in Beacon, Dutchess County, which opened in April 2023. Founded by Hudson Valley native Sabena Branche, the fast-casual restaurant specializes in customizable salads, rice and quinoa bowls, and yogurt parfaits.
