Buzău Mayor soaked by children during water festival

During the ‘Marea Bălăceală’ event held in Buzău’s Piața Dacia, Mayor Constantin Toma was soaked by dozens of children using water pistols. The event, organized by the SCM Gloria Buzău club, featured water competitions and prizes for hundreds of children and their families.

Mayor Toma, who attended the event in formal attire, reacted with humor to the incident. He shared photos and videos of the moment on social media, noting that while he left the event ‘soaked from head to toe,’ he was pleased with the atmosphere. He remarked that the new configuration of Piața Dacia has turned it into a lively center for the city, hosting various community actions related to education, culture, and health.
