Buzău Municipality launches new electronic service platforms

Starting 15 December 2025, the Municipality of Buzău will provide its citizens with two separate online platforms. One platform will handle taxes and fees and will be integrated with the national identity service ROeID. The second platform will host other municipal services such as urban planning, heritage, commercial permits, agricultural permits and maxi‑taxi authorisations.

Users must create an account on the platform that corresponds to the services they need. Existing accounts on the AvansisMobile app or ROeID can be reused, and login credentials will remain valid across both channels. The integration synchronises user data and links the municipal portals to other public‑sector systems, including Ghișeul.ro, ANRE, OCPI and the electronic one‑stop‑shop.

The announcement also outlines the municipality’s cookie policy, noting that strictly necessary cookies are processed under GDPR article 6(1)(f) and optional preference or marketing cookies under article 6(1)(a). Users may modify or withdraw consent via the website’s cookie statement.
