BVI Spring Regatta features sailing races and charter packages

The BVI Spring Regatta and Sailing Festival features various racing events, including a 37-mile round-Tortola race and the Scrub Island Invitational. The festival includes social activities such as music and a pool party.

In conjunction with the regatta, the St. Thomas Sailing Centre is offering a 12-day charter package for IC24 boats. This package covers both the BVI Spring Regatta (April 2-4) and the St. Thomas International Regatta (STIR, April 8-11) for $6,800 per boat. The IC24 is a one-design open-cockpit keelboat originally developed in St. Thomas following the destruction of the local racing fleet by Hurricane Marilyn.

During the BVI Spring Regatta, IC24 boats compete on a specific course located just off Nanny Cay.
