Bvlgari expands in Mexico as El Palacio de Hierro reports growth

Luxury brand Bvlgari has expanded its presence in Mexico with the opening of a new boutique at El Palacio de Hierro Andares in Guadalajara. The new space features Roman-inspired architecture, including travertine stone and a Murano glass Serpenti chandelier, aiming to connect the brand's Italian heritage with the local community.

Separately, El Palacio de Hierro reported strong financial results for 2025, with total revenues reaching 60,748 million pesos, an 8.3% annual increase. While the commercial segment accounts for nearly 99% of total revenue, the company's real estate division has become a highly profitable pillar, yielding an operating margin of 58.4% through the leasing of commercial spaces in major locations such as Santa Fe, Puebla, Monterrey, and Guadalajara.
