Bybit Indonesia funds flood recovery and education efforts in Sumatra
Bybit Indonesia, a locally regulated entity supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), has partnered with the fundraising platform Kitabisa to support recovery efforts following floods that impacted Sumatra in November 2025.
The initiative includes three primary programs: the restoration of learning facilities at two schools in Kabupaten Langkat, North Sumatra—specifically Yayasan Pendidikan Rahman El-Manaf Bubun and SDN 057239 Sekoci—and the construction of a borewell to restore clean water access in Desa Balee Panah, Kabupaten Bireuen, Aceh.
At Yayasan Pendidikan Rahman El-Manaf Bubun, which serves approximately 187 students, the support covers physical repairs such as flooring, renovation of learning areas, repainting, and the provision of classroom equipment including desks, chairs, and whiteboards.
