Bybit launches conversational AI assistant for trading and account management

Bybit, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has launched Bybit AI, a conversational assistant designed to unify trading, account management, and customer service within a single chat interface. The tool allows users to execute tasks and find financial products using natural language, functioning as an intelligent co-pilot for everyday exchange activities.

To address security concerns and the lack of jurisdiction-specific regulations, the AI co-pilot will be isolated from the user’s main account and will not have direct access to it. Bybit CEO Ben Zhou stated that the assistant is a key component of the company’s roadmap for a ‘New Financial Platform,’ aiming to provide users with easy access to services in one place. While the tool is currently restricted to certain products, the company plans to expand its capabilities over time. The AI is intended to work alongside human professionals rather than replacing them.
