Bybit recognized by Korean National Police Agency for cybercrime cooperation
Bybit, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has been awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the Korean National Police Agency (KNPA). The recognition was presented during the 27th International Symposium on Cybercrime Response (ISCR 2026) held in Seoul.
Bybit was the only cryptocurrency exchange to receive the award at the symposium. The KNPA nominated the company for its contributions to cybercrime investigations and international law enforcement cooperation, specifically regarding the tracing of illicit funds and the sharing of intelligence to combat crypto-related cybercrime.
Coco Heng, Head of Law Enforcement at Bybit, stated that the company remains committed to working with regulators and law enforcement to make the digital-asset ecosystem more difficult for criminals to exploit.
