BYD launches Linghui M9 business MPV in China
BYD's fleet‑focused sub‑brand Linghui announced the official launch of the M9 business MPV on June 29, 2026. The vehicle is priced from 188,800 yuan (about $27,750) and is offered in Luxury and Premium trims.
The seven‑seat MPV measures 5,200 mm long, 1,970 mm wide and 1,805 mm high with a 3,045 mm wheelbase. It is powered by a 1.5 L turbo‑charged engine paired with BYD’s fifth‑generation DM hybrid system, delivering a combined range of 1,105 km and a fuel consumption of 4.95 L per 100 km (NEDC). Interior features include ventilated and heated seats, massage functions, and the DiLink 100 intelligent cockpit with full‑scene voice control and advanced driver‑assistance systems. Safety equipment comprises nine airbags and a high‑strength aluminum and steel frame.
The M9 adds an MPV to Linghui’s lineup, which previously offered two all‑electric sedans, the e7 and e9, aimed at corporate and ride‑hailing fleets.
