BYD launches Seal 6 Touring DM‑i family plug‑in hybrid with 0‑emission badge

BYD introduced the Seal 6 Touring DM‑i, a four‑door family plug‑in hybrid priced from €31,040 after incentives. The model offers two battery options: a 10 kWh pack delivering up to 55 km of electric range, and a 19 kWh pack providing up to 100 km. Combined gasoline‑Atkinson‑cycle and electric power yields 184 hp (10 kWh) or 212 hp (19 kWh). The vehicle boasts a 4.84‑metre interior length, a 500‑litre trunk, and an advertised total range of up to 1,350 km. Standard equipment includes LED headlights, roof rails, an electric tailgate, an 8.8‑inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.8‑inch multimedia screen, rear‑view camera, blind‑spot detection, and 17‑inch wheels. Higher trims add features such as a panoramic sunroof, heated and ventilated driver seat, multicolour ambient lighting, a 15.6‑inch display, 360‑degree camera, and a 6.6 kW on‑board charger.
