BYD launches updated Atto 2 Feichi Edition in China

BYD has launched the 2027 Yuan UP Feichi Edition in China, a model known in international markets as the Atto 2. The updated compact electric crossover maintains a starting price of 74,800 yuan (approximately 9,700 euros).

Key updates include a standardized 70 kW (94 hp) electric motor with 180 Nm of torque across all five trim levels. A new long-range variant features a 51.13 kWh Blade Battery, providing a range of up to 501 km according to the CLTC cycle (approximately 370 km WLTC). Other available battery options provide ranges of 301 km and 401 km under the CLTC standard. Fast charging allows the battery to reach from 30% to 80% in about 30 minutes.

The interior has also been refreshed, featuring a 12.8-inch rotating central touchscreen, an improved steering wheel, heated and ventilated front seats, a panoramic roof, and NFC smartphone key functionality. The gear selector has been moved to the steering column to increase front storage space. Higher trims may include the DiPilot C driver assistance system with automatic parking.
