BYD unveils new ATTO electric vehicle series in Nepal

Cimex Inc. Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of BYD vehicles in Nepal, has unveiled the new-generation ATTO series at the NAIMA Mobility Expo 2026 in Kathmandu. The update includes technological, design, and comfort enhancements across the ATTO 1, ATTO 2, and ATTO 3 models.

The ATTO 1 features a 360-degree camera in both Dynamic and Premium variants, with the Premium version including auto-folding ORVMs. Prices for the ATTO 1 range from NPR 3.075 million to NPR 3.48 million. The new ATTO 2 Essential offers a 45.12 kWh battery with a 312 km WLTP range, priced at NPR 4.595 million, while the ATTO 2 Premium provides a 51.13 kWh battery and a 345 km WLTP range for NPR 4.899 million.

The 2026 ATTO 3 features a design refresh with BYD’s Dynamic Dragon Face, improved cabin materials, a column-mounted gear selector, 50W wireless charging, and an 8.8-inch LCD instrument cluster. The ATTO 3 Advanced is priced at NPR 6.29 million. Promotional offers at the expo include extended warranties, free insurance, and road tax for customers.
