Bydgoszcz honors long-serving police chaplain Stanisław Kotowski

Funeral services were held at the Cathedral of St. Martin and St. Nicholas in Bydgoszcz for Reverend Infułat Stanisław Kotowski, the long-time chaplain for the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Police. The mass was presided over by Bishop Krzysztof Włodarczyk and attended by a large delegation of current and former police officials, clergy, and local residents.

In recognition of his nearly 30 years of service to the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Police, Kotowski was posthumously awarded the Commemorative Badge of the Provincial Police Commander in Bydgoszcz. Following the ceremony, the chaplain was escorted by a police guard to the Nowofarny Cemetery for burial in his family tomb.
