Byside Inc. appoints Kunihiro Okamoto as outside director

Byside Inc., an M&A advisory firm specializing in buyer-side services, has appointed Kunihiro Okamoto as an outside director, effective September 15, 2026.

Okamoto brings extensive experience in the human resources sector, having served as CTO for multiple companies, including Persol Career Co., Ltd. He also held the role of VP of Engineering at PERSOLKELLY. His appointment is intended to strengthen Byside’s management foundation by providing expertise in system development, AI utilization, and digital transformation (DX) to support the company’s rapid business expansion and scalability.
