BYU women's volleyball prepares for Big 12 matchups against Houston and West Virginia

No. 17 BYU women's volleyball is preparing for a split Big 12 schedule this week. The Cougars, currently on an eight-match winning streak, will travel to face Houston on Thursday before returning to the Smith Fieldhouse to host West Virginia on Saturday.

Following a successful swing through Kansas, where they defeated No. 19 Kansas, BYU players Elli Mortensen and Kelli Jo Burgess were named the Big 12 Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, respectively. The team currently holds an 11-1 record and a 3-0 standing in conference play.
