Búzios Ilha Rasa to receive R$ 200 million luxury hotel and club
The Resid Club & Hotels group is investing approximately R$ 200 million to develop a luxury complex on Ilha Rasa in Búzios, Brazil. The project, slated for completion by 2031, will occupy the site of the former Nas Rocas hotel.
An exclusive club limited to 500 members has already opened, offering access to private beaches and various water sports, including jet skiing and sailing. The club's restaurant and bar feature a menu designed by chef and group partner Alex Atala. Membership options include the ‘Nas Rocas Club’ for R$ 180,000 and the ‘Nas Rocas Club Bardot’ for R$ 270,000, both of which grant transferable patrimonial rights.
Future developments include the construction of a 40-unit hotel and ten villas for buyers, both expected within the next five years. The project aims for a low environmental footprint, with the new hotel expected to occupy only about 5% of the island's area.
