C Gold Award 2026 launches national survey for Serie C players

The third edition of the C Gold Award, an initiative by Affidabile.org, has launched to recognize top talent within Italy's Serie C football league. The project involves 60 clubs and 600 players across a national survey designed to strengthen the connection between players, clubs, and fans.

Between October 26 and October 30, journalists from Lacasadic.com will select 30 players from specific clubs, including Salernitana, Cavese, Scafatese, and Grosseto, to represent their respective teams. These selections will be divided by position: goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders, and forwards. Following the journalistic selection, fans will be invited to vote starting in mid-November.

The competition will progress through the various groups, with the national final scheduled to take place between January 18 and January 30, 2027, to announce the most representative player of Serie C. The previous edition saw Christian Dimarco of Aurora Pro Patria win the trophy.
