Cà Mau Fertilizer executives earn up to 4.2 billion VND in six months

In the first half of 2026, Cà Mau Fertilizer (Đạm Cà Mau, ticker DCM) reported strong business growth alongside a sharp rise in executive compensation. Management fees rose 97% year‑on‑year to VND 451.7 billion in Q2 and reached VND 630.2 billion for the six‑month period, up 57% from the same period in 2025.

Compensation for the board, chief executive, chief accountant and audit committee surged, totaling VND 42.5 billion – a 280% increase from the previous year. Chairman Vũ Tiến Thanh received nearly VND 4.2 billion, up from VND 1.2 billion a year earlier. Former chairman Trần Ngọc Nguyên earned over VND 3.8 billion. CEO Nguyễn Thanh Tùng earned more than VND 3.4 billion, compared with VND 993 million a year before. Chief accountant Tống Việt Thống earned over VND 2.1 billion in just two months.

The pay rise was driven by higher staff costs, increased depreciation, and a large boost to the science‑and‑technology development fund, which grew from VND 95.4 billion to VND 249.6 billion. External service costs fell during the period.
