Sydney-based punk rock band C. O. F. F. I. N has released their sixth studio album, ‘Out In Oslo’, through the p(doom) label, an independent imprint of King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard.

In conjunction with the album, the band has released a feature-length documentary titled ‘10,000 Miles from Oslo’, which explores their 21-year career. They also debuted a music video for the single ‘Gettin Down’, directed by vocalist and drummer Ben Portnoy.

Portnoy noted that the song ‘Gettin Down’ carries a dual meaning, contrasting a partying atmosphere with feelings of distress regarding global events, specifically mentioning the humanitarian situation in Palestine. The album is described as an expansive work that maintains the band’s signature grit while exploring themes of Australian identity, environmentalism, and social injustice.
