Ca Mau authorities urge acceleration of Thanh Phu residential project

The Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee has directed Thien Tan Co., Ltd to accelerate the completion of the Thanh Phu residential project. Local residents had previously raised concerns regarding the slow progress of the development.

While approximately 80% of the land leveling is complete and some road infrastructure is underway, several components remain unfinished. The provincial government has instructed the developer to focus resources on construction, finalize planning and land procedures, and implement a wastewater treatment system. Authorities are also working to resolve land allocation and site clearance issues involving specific households and other investment companies to ensure the project meets its scheduled completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
