Cañada Morelos Mayor reports 86 million peso investment

Ana Laura Sánchez Benites, the municipal president of Cañada Morelos, Puebla, presented her second government report, detailing an investment of 86 million pesos across various sectors.

Key allocations included health services through 49 medical jornadas benefiting 3,200 people, and education and culture investments exceeding 2.5 million pesos for school materials and infrastructure. The administration also reported support for 1,238 agricultural producers with fertilizers and the distribution of water via tankers to families and schools.

In terms of public works and security, the report highlighted street paving, the replacement of water wells, and the maintenance of public lighting. Security efforts included the evaluation of 34 personnel and the acquisition of new patrol vehicles.
