Caazapá to host Suena Paraguay music festival

The city of Caazapá will host the fourth stop of the ‘Suena Paraguay’ festival route on Saturday, October 31. Organized by the Sonidos de la Tierra association, the event is scheduled to take place at the Polideportivo Municipal starting at 18:30.

The festival is expected to bring together approximately 15 youth orchestras and more than 350 young musicians from various communities. The program includes a mega-orchestra performance featuring Paraguayan folklore, classical works, and popular music, alongside tributes to regional composers and recognized Paraguayan artists.

In addition to the musical performances, the event will feature the ‘Mercadito Sonidos,’ a fair for local artisans and entrepreneurs to promote the local economy. The initiative also incorporates tourism circuits and environmental awareness activities. Access to the festival is free and open to the public.
