CAB Payments Holdings reports 31% income growth and issues first interim dividend

CAB Payments Holdings plc reported its H1 2026 financial results, highlighting a 31% increase in income to GBP 68 million compared to the previous year. Earnings per share (EPS) saw a significant growth of 157% over the same period, while the return on target capital rose to 26%, an increase of 15 percentage points.

The company announced its first interim dividend since its initial public offering (IPO) at 2.1p. Moving forward, the firm established a dividend policy aiming to pay 40% of adjusted profit after tax for H1 2026, with plans to progressively improve this rate starting in 2027.

Group CEO Neeraj Kapur reaffirmed medium-term guidance, citing a strategy focused on scaling through more office locations and expanding correspondent and central banking relationships.
