Cabaret Vert festival announces 2027 lineup and origins

The 21st edition of the Cabaret Vert festival is scheduled to take place in Charleville-Mézières, France, from August 19 to 22, 2027. The festival's name is derived from the poem ‘Au Cabaret-Vert, cinq heures du soir’ by Arthur Rimbaud, written in 1870 after the poet visited an inn in Charleroi.

German group Electric Callboy has been announced as a performer for the festival's opening day on August 19. Other scheduled artists include Angèle and Lola Young for August 20, Pitbull and Mosimann for August 21, and Orelsan and Tiakola for August 22.
