Cabral Libii denounces offensive remarks from Mamadou Mota

Cabral Libii, president of the Cameroon Democratic Union for National Reconciliation (PCRN), has issued a formal statement denouncing what he describes as recurrent and offensive remarks from Mamadou Mota, the first vice-president of the Movement for the Renaissance of Cameroon (MRC).

Libii expressed indignation regarding Mota's social media publications, suggesting that the attacks are made with the mandate of the MRC leadership. He characterized the situation as a 'double persecution' directed at his party by both the ruling power and certain opposition competitors.

In response, Libii called for discipline and dignity among PCRN members, urging them to avoid personal quarrels and only react when the party's political ideas are misrepresented. He emphasized that the party's focus must remain on political engagement and building an alternative to the current leadership.
