Cabrita and Levada Louca announce new musical performances

Saxophonist Cabrita will perform at the Taguspark Auditorium in Oeiras on October 21. The concert marks the conclusion of the tour for his album ‘Umbra’ and features the live debut of his new single, ‘Party Life’. Performing with his usual trio—including João Rato on keyboards and guitars, Filipe Rocha on drums, and special guest David Pessoa on vocals and guitar—the event is part of a concert cycle dedicated to contemporary Portuguese music.

In Brazil, the band Levada Louca is set to debut their ‘Axé de Mesa’ project in Salvador on October 23 at Terapia Beach. Moving away from traditional stage setups, the group performs on the ground around a guitar-shaped table, creating a 360-degree experience intended to foster intimacy between the artists and the audience. The repertoire includes various rhythms revisited with Axé influences, alongside music from their audiovisual project recorded at Ponta do Humaitá.
