Caddo Correctional Center books 76 people, including former analyst charged with domestic violence

During the week of August 1‑7, Caddo Correctional Center in Shreveport, Louisiana, booked 76 individuals for a range of offenses. Among those listed was a former political analyst who faced domestic‑violence charges.

Police responded to a domestic‑violence call at a residence on Rochel Drive after a report of an incident in a Kroger parking lot. The victim said her partner of 33 years, Elliott Stonecipher, was intoxicated, brandished a revolver, and later entered the bedroom, striking her repeatedly and causing visible injuries. Stonecipher was arrested and charged with domestic‑abuse battery and aggravated assault. The booking photos were released by the correctional center, noting that all pictured are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
