Caden Kvapil wins CARS Tour LMSC championship

Caden Kvapil secured the CARS Late Model Stock Car (LMSC) Tour championship during the season finale at South Boston Speedway. Kvapil, driving for JR Motorsports, achieved the title through a season defined by consistency, including four victories and completing every possible lap in 2026. He joins an elite group of drivers, including Jared Fryar and Carson Kvapil, who have won CARS Tour titles in two separate divisions.

Treyten Lapcevich, also of JR Motorsports, won the LMSC race at South Boston Speedway, overtaking Kvapil during the event to secure his first victory with the organization.

In the CARS Pro Late Model (PLM) Tour, Mason Walters claimed the championship. Entering the final race with a 13-point lead, Walters led every lap from the pole position to secure his first PLM Tour crown and the third owner’s title for Setzer Racing & Development.
