Cadillac F1 completes British Grand Prix with both cars finishing
At the British Grand Prix in Silverstone, the Cadillac Formula 1 team saw both of its cars reach the finish line for the first time this season. Sergio Pérez started 20th on the grid and climbed to 15th place, while Valtteri Bottas moved from 18th to 17th.
The result follows a weekend of retirements in Austria and reflects the impact of the team's recent upgrade package. Team director Graeme Lowdon praised the crew’s resilience and the cars’ improved pace, noting they were able to run comfortably ahead of Aston Martin and challenge Haas. Drivers also highlighted the regained reliability and the potential to move toward the midfield with further development. Cadillac now turns its attention to the upcoming race at Spa‑Francorchamps in Belgium.
