Caesars Digital EBITDA rises 57% in Q3 2026

Caesars Entertainment reported a significant increase in digital profitability for the third quarter of 2026, with Caesars Digital generating $44 million in adjusted EBITDA, a 57% rise from the previous year. The digital segment transitioned from a $21 million quarterly net loss to a $4 million profit, supported by a 5% revenue increase to $326 million.

While digital and regional earnings grew, Las Vegas profits saw a decline. Regional revenue rose 6% to approximately $1.6 billion, with adjusted EBITDA increasing 3.6% to $524 million. The company is currently navigating a planned $17.6 billion acquisition by Fertitta Entertainment, which is expected to close by mid-2027 subject to regulatory approvals.

CEO Tom Reeg noted that overlapping casino operations resulting from the merger might lead to the divestment of certain properties. Caesars continues to operate online sports betting in 28 North American jurisdictions and iGaming in six, though the company has avoided prediction markets to mitigate risks to its retail casino licenses.
