Caesars Entertainment posts Q2 2026 revenue growth as regional casinos outshine Las Vegas Strip
Caesars Entertainment reported GAAP net revenues of $2.99 billion for the second quarter of 2026, a 3.0 % increase from the same period a year earlier. The rise was driven by its regional casino portfolio, which generated $1.57 billion in revenue, up 9.4 %, and saw adjusted EBITDA grow 11.2 % to $488 million. Digital gaming revenue also climbed 2.3 % year‑on‑year to $351 million, with the division remaining profitable.
In contrast, revenue from the flagship Las Vegas Strip and local market properties fell 3.5 % to $1.02 billion, with adjusted EBITDA down 12.6 %. Analysts linked the dip partly to reduced visitor spending during the World Cup and higher fuel costs, which discouraged travel to the Strip. The report noted a $62 million net loss for the quarter, an improvement from the $82 million loss recorded a year earlier, and a narrowed net loss of $160 million for the first half of 2026.
The company also highlighted a $62 million writedown on Steve Wynn’s Beverly Hills property, reflecting broader market pressures on high‑profile assets.
