Cañete rural families receive new homes via housing project

Eight families in the rural sectors of Cañete have received new homes as part of the ‘Comunidades Cañete’ project. The initiative, managed through the Ministry of Housing and Urbanism’s Rural Habitability Program, involves a total of 31 housing solutions across various rural areas, including Pangueco, Cayucupil, and Paillaco.

The project represents an investment of approximately 66,780 UF, or roughly $2.7 billion CLP. The homes range from 57 to 100 square meters and are designed to adapt to specific terrain conditions and the needs of rural families. The project is currently at 99.7% completion.
