Café & Books Bibliothèque to host autumn dessert fair featuring Nagasaki sweet potatoes

Café & Books Bibliothèque will launch its “Mitsu-imo” Brûlée Fair starting September 2, 2026. The seasonal dessert event features organic Anno Imo sweet potatoes from Goto Shoten Sato no Imoya, located in Goto City, Nagasaki Prefecture. These organic sweet potatoes are noted for their high sugar content, exceeding 30 degrees.

The menu includes various items such as brûlée pancakes with salt butter and honey lemon sauce, brûlée pies with white mousse, and special parfaits featuring strawberries, available at select locations in Fukuoka and Kumamoto. Other autumn-themed offerings include chestnut Mont Blanc and seasonal tea pairings like osmanthus tea.
