Café Fest to host specialty coffee workshops in Goiânia

Café Fest will take place from October 16 to 18 at Goiânia Shopping, offering free admission to enthusiasts interested in specialty coffee. The event features various exhibitors and professionals who will lead sessions on coffee characteristics, the impact of roasting, brewing methods, and flavor perception.

Scheduled activities include demonstrations on improving daily coffee, preparing coffee-based drinks, and understanding flavor notes such as chocolate and fruit. Experts will also discuss how different brewing methods and roasting levels influence the final taste experience. Musical performances by Maria Ponto will accompany the three-day event.
