The Café Le Chez Nous, Dijon’s oldest café, has significantly stabilized its financial situation following years of instability. After facing potential closure in 2020 due to the health crisis and launching a crowdfunding campaign for 30,000 euros in 2023 to repay state-guaranteed loans and pay suppliers, the establishment is nearing a break-even point.

Financial documents for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, show a minimal loss of only 133.36 euros. Additionally, a gross remuneration of over 41,000 euros has been approved for the new manager. While the detailed accounts remain confidential, the business has moved from a state of near-closure to relative financial equilibrium.
