The Administrator Commission for the Salto Grande Special Fund (CAFESG) has officially relaunched a public tender for the restoration and improvement of the historic Escuela N° 15 ‘Domingo Faustino Sarmiento’, also known as the Escuela Normal de Concordia.

The project is part of a regional School and Hospital Infrastructure Improvement Plan, with an official budget of $1,498,857,782.54. This new bidding process, identified as Public Tender No. 09/2026, follows a previous attempt (No. 06/2026) that was dismissed after technical, legal, and economic analyses determined that none of the submitted proposals met the required formal or technical specifications.

CAFESG President Carlos Cecco signed the new bidding documents to ensure transparency and technical compliance. Interested parties can acquire the bidding documents between September 3 and September 17, 2026.
