Cafetaria Rikken closes after 68 years of family operation

Cafetaria Rikken in Groesbeek is closing its doors after 68 years of operation. The establishment, which began as a vegetable business run by the owner's grandparents following World War II, transitioned into a snack bar that became a local staple.

Angela Rikken, who grew up working in the cafeteria from a young age, will be the one to close the business. The closure marks the end of a multi-generational family history in the village.
