Cagliari Calcio appoints Pisano and Acquafresca to youth sector

Cagliari Calcio has officially announced the appointment of former players Francesco Pisano and Robert Acquafresca to its youth sector technical staff. Both will serve as technical collaborators focusing on the individual development of young players.

Pisano, a former defender who played for the club between 2004 and 2015, will focus on individual technical and tactical aspects, specifically regarding the movements of defenders. Acquafresca, a former striker who played for the club from 2007 to 2009, will concentrate on individual technical-tactical aspects of the offensive phase.

The two will support the technical staffs of the Under 15, Under 16, Under 17, and Under 18 teams. They will work in coordination with the existing youth sector structure, led by director Max Canzi, sporting director Pierluigi Carta, and technical coordinator Oscar Erriu.
