Cagliari secures loan deals for Daniel Maldini and Kevin Carlos
Cagliari Calcio has finalized a loan agreement for Daniel Maldini from Atalanta. The deal includes a €1 million loan fee and an option to purchase the 2001‑born forward for €8 million after the season.
The club is also close to completing a loan for Spanish striker Kevin Carlos from OGC Nice. The proposed arrangement would be a free loan with an optional buy‑out clause of €4 million. Negotiations are still underway, but the terms are expected to be confirmed in the coming hours.
These acquisitions come after the collapse of talks for Sebastiano Esposito and are intended to strengthen Cagliari’s attacking options ahead of the new Serie A campaign.
