Organizers plan for a 6:00 PM start from Place Charles de Gaulle. The event serves as a major fundraising initiative, with all registration proceeds donated to medical research and local charitable causes. To date, the event has raised 167,000 €, with significant contributions directed toward Huntington France, pediatric services at Cahors Hospital, and various associations supporting people with disabilities and specific medical conditions.

In addition to the race, the event will feature community animations, including performances by 'Les Cas du Cyrque' for pediatric patients and tributes to healthcare workers.
