Cairn Homes Plc has continued its share buyback programme, executing multiple transactions on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange.

On 22 September 2026, the company purchased 99,117 ordinary shares through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. This included 70,000 shares on Euronext Dublin and 29,117 shares on the London Stock Exchange. Following these transactions, the total number of ordinary shares in issue was 626,924,356.

On 24 September 2026, the company purchased an additional 100,000 ordinary shares, consisting of 70,000 shares on Euronext Dublin and 30,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange. These repurchased shares are slated for cancellation. Following these settlements, the total number of ordinary shares in issue stands at 626,726,995.
