Cairo Amman Bank and New Cash partner to expand electronic payments in Palestine

Cairo Amman Bank – Palestine and New Cash Payment Services have signed a strategic partnership agreement to expand electronic payment solutions for merchants in Palestine. The agreement, signed at the bank’s regional headquarters in Ramallah, aims to enhance the digital payment ecosystem through Point of Sale (POS) devices and SoftPOS technology.

Under this partnership, Cairo Amman Bank customers will utilize New Cash solutions to accept payments via traditional POS terminals and SoftPOS, which allows compatible smartphones to function as electronic payment points. This technology supports contactless card payments and provides digital receipts and detailed transaction reporting, reducing reliance on paper.

The collaboration is intended to support digital transformation by providing merchants with flexible, secure, and modern payment options both in-store and for mobile services.
