Cairo Education Authorities Oversee Day Three of Secondary Exams

On Monday 27 July 2026, the Cairo Directorate of Education operated a central monitoring room to supervise the third day of the second‑phase secondary school examinations. The effort, directed by Education Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif and Cairo Governor Ibrahim Saber, aimed to ensure the timely distribution of exam papers, orderly student entry and a safe, disciplined testing environment. Director Humat Ismail Abu Kehla reported no disruptions and confirmed continuous coordination with sub‑rooms across all educational districts.

Separately, Egypt’s Ministry of Awqaf released the official timetable for the second‑phase examinations at Islamic Culture Centres for the 2025‑2026 academic year. Written tests will be followed by oral Quran examinations overseen by centre deans, with strict adherence to procedural rules to maintain order and provide suitable conditions for candidates.
