Cairo University and Police Health Institutes Open 2026‑27 Admissions

Cairo University announced that the online portal for student transfers to its various faculties will open on Sunday 30 August 2026 and remain available for three weeks. The university detailed the required documents, such as a certified academic record, residence proof and compliance with each faculty’s specific rules. Applicants will be prioritized based on grades, geographic location and adherence to the regulations set by the Supreme Council of Universities.

Egypt’s Ministry of Interior opened enrollment for the 2026‑2027 academic year at the Police Technical Health Institutes in Cairo and Alexandria. The institutes accept high‑school graduates (Scientific streams) and certain diploma holders for programs in Emergency, General Nursing and Medical Registration & Statistics. Eligibility requirements include a minimum overall score of 60 %, at least 65 % in English, and an age range of 18‑25 years as of 1 October 2026. File draws started on 18 July 2026 and continue until 27 August 2026, with submission of complete documents permitted from 22 July to 1 September 2026 at the police hospital in Nasr City.
