Caitlin Clark Launches First Nike Signature Sneaker

Basketball star Caitlin Clark unveiled her inaugural Nike signature shoe, the Nike Caitlin 1, ahead of its October 1 release. The sneaker features Nike’s Opticast‑crafted upper with polyurethane nodes shaped into “C” and “2” motifs, a Cushlon midsole paired with a fore‑foot Air Zoom Turbo unit, and hidden details that reference Clark’s three‑point shooting prowess. It will retail for $140 and initially appears in a blue colorway, with additional versions planned.

The shoe marks Clark’s entry into an exclusive group of active WNBA players with personal footwear lines, joining athletes such as Angel Reese, Breanna Stewart, Sabrina Ionescu and A’ja Wilson. Clark, now in her third WNBA season, highlighted that the design reflects her fast, confident playing style and aims to inspire the next generation of basketball players.
