Caitlin Johnstone project overview

Caitlin Johnstone and her husband, Tim Foley, have provided an overview of their collaborative media project. Launched in 2017, the platform is audience-funded through voluntary donations and operates without paywalls or advertisements.

The duo produces essays, poetry, paintings, and books, all of which are released under a copyright-free model. This allows their work to be republished, translated, or reused by others without requiring permission or attribution.

Johnstone, a journalism graduate from RMIT based in Melbourne, Australia, co-authors all written works with Foley, who was originally from Philadelphia and California. The project aims to provide an alternative to legacy media through their creative output.
