Czech outlets publish guide urging propaganda for the Western empire

Two Czech publications – Nová republika and the Association of Independent Media – have released a piece titled “How to become a propagandist of the empire.” The text advises readers to portray a range of international events, such as the protests in Iran, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and repression in China’s Xinjiang, as unrelated to Western strategic interests. It urges the framing of these crises as isolated incidents, thereby obscuring the role of the United States and its allies in shaping them. The article is attributed to Caitlin Johnstone, with a note that the guidance comes from “Caitlin’s Newsletter.”

The guide calls for presenting Western actions as passive and presenting alleged CIA or foreign‑ ministry activities as coincidental, in order to blur the perceived influence of the United States and its allies on global conflicts.
