CaixaBank promotes social inclusion through basketball in Tenerife

CaixaBank has launched a new ‘Grada Solidaria’ initiative in Tenerife to promote social inclusion through basketball. The project took place during a match between the Spanish women’s national team and Belgium at the Santiago Martín Pavilion.

In collaboration with the Spanish Basketball Federation (FEB), the initiative allowed 122 individuals associated with Club de La Piruleta and Aldeas Infantiles to attend the international match alongside CaixaBank volunteers. The program aims to use sports to foster values such as teamwork and coexistence while supporting vulnerable groups and children in need.
