Caja Trujillo launches third edition of Caja Innova program

Caja Trujillo has launched the third edition of Caja Innova, an intrapreneurship program designed to strengthen its digital transformation and foster a culture of innovation among its employees. The program invites staff from various departments and locations across Peru to identify opportunities and develop initiatives that create value for the institution and its stakeholders.

The 2026 edition features 131 participants organized into 41 teams, marking an approximately 80% increase compared to the 2025 edition. Participants will utilize training, innovation methodologies, prototyping, and mentorship to optimize processes and enhance customer experience. Additionally, Indecopi has officially registered Caja Innova as a trademark for Caja Trujillo to protect the program's identity.
