Cajamar acquires central Granada building for provincial headquarters

Cajamar, Spain’s largest credit cooperative, has acquired a three-story building in central Granada to serve as its provincial headquarters. Located at number 3 Alhóndiga Street, the 516-square-meter property previously housed a Max Mara store on its ground floor.

The new headquarters will host the Granada Zone Directorate, which coordinates the entity’s 17 local offices. The space is designed to provide specialized services in private banking, corporate banking, and personal banking, focusing on investment, savings, and financing for members and clients.

Additionally, the building will accommodate ten professionals from the Banco de Crédito Social Cooperativo (BCC), the head entity of the Cajamar Cooperative Group. The facility will include meeting rooms and a multipurpose hall capable of hosting over 30 people.
